This annual major EHCCA event which was to have been held on 11th October in Hatfield Broad Oak near Bishops Stortford has had to be CANCELLED.
DATE/VENUE/TIMINGS: Sunday 11th October 2020; St Mary the Virgin, Feathers Hill, Hatfield Broad Oak, Bishop’s Stortford CM22 7HG; rehearsal 3.30-5.30; followed by a typically splendid tea! Service: 6.30.
PREPARATORY REHEARSAL: 3rd October; 9.30-11.30 a.m. at St Barnabas Centre, Thorley (Bishops Stortford). Coffee available from 9.00
MUSIC: Introit: tbd; Responses: Ayleward; Canticles: Wood in E flat (no 2, beginning in 3/4 time); Anthem: tbd; Psalm(s) and hymns(s) to follow. Rehearsals and service directed by Derek Harrison. Organist: Oliver Bond. The choir will robe for this service using what they would normally wear “at home”.
